Reflective Practice and supervision groups

Reflective practice and supervision groups

I design and facilitate reflective groups for teams and practitioners in high‑pressure environments such as health services, prisons, NGOs and commercial organisations.
These groups create structured time to talk about what is usually pushed aside: anxiety, conflict, power, and the emotional cost of the work. The aim is to build cultures where people can think together, stay in relationship and make better decisions, rather than burning out or turning against each other. My coaching supervision focuses on building resources and rigor focusing on the sticky and hard to unpack questions.
